REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee includes symposium materials, breakfast, refreshment break, lunch, welcome reception and poster viewing. You may register online, via fax, or US mail. While registration is open until the start of the meeting, we encourage early registration to enable us to provide the best possible service to participants.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your participation in this conference, your registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by March 30, 2012. No refunds will be made after March 30, 2012.
The University of Chicago reserves the right to cancel or postpone course due to unforseen circumstances. In the unlikely event this activity must be cancelled or postponed, the registration fee will be refunded; however, the University of Chicago is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fee assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.
