Who Should Attend?
The 7th International Chicago Lymphoma Symposium is expected to attract over 200 leaders in the fields of medical, radiation and surgical oncology, fellows in training, oncology nurses and allied health professionals committed to preventing, controlling and eliminating lymphoma.

The symposium will be in English.

The staff of the University of Chicago will be available at the Registration & Information Desk to assist participants with questions regarding the Symposium.
Letter of Invitation
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the 7th International Chicago Lymphoma Symposium will be issued ONLY after the registration and full symposium payment have been received and processed.
Passport, Visa, and Border Crossing Information
At the time of writing, entry into the United States requires a valid passport for citizens of all foreign countries. Visas are required for residents of certain countries; please contact your local US Embassy, Consulate or High Commission Office for the specific requirements for your country of origin.

Travel and/or Medical Insurance
The symposium organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone this symposium due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event this activity must be cancelled or postponed, the registration fee will be refunded; however, the symposium organizers cannot be responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.
It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses, and damage to or loss of personal effects.
